Shipping

Shipping is set at a standard rate of £4 and will be sent signed for 2nd class with Royal mail. Shipping will be free of charge if you spend £75 or more.

We aim to get items in the post within 5 working days and we will contact you if we are going to take longer than 5 working days to send the item out to you. Once the item has been sent by us, Royal mail will aim to deliver it to your chosen address within 2-3 working days.

Returns

If there are any issues with the products then please contact us @ brontesgifts@hotmail.com along with any photos of the defects if applicable. We will then guide you through sending the item back to us, once we have received the item we will issue a full refund. All returns should be sent to
